The front shows a picture of a lathe worker in dark green tones; the back has a pattern of the national emblem and an oil mine in black, red and green tones; it is divided into two types: ancient coin five-pointed star watermark and national flag five-pointed star watermark. The banknote was issued on April 15, 1964. It was only received and paid, but will no longer be paid out by the bank starting on March 1, 1991, and ceased circulation on July 1, 2000. The year number on the plate is “1960”.
