One-yuan, figures of Dong and Yao 1995-3-1

On the front side, from right to left, there are side portraits of Dong (Shi naiyin) and Yao figures, in dark red color tone; on the back side, there is a picture of the Great Wall, in dark red color tone. The banknote was issued on March 1, 1995, as the 1990 version. Compared with the 1980 edition, the intaglio printing on the back of the 1990 edition was changed to offset printing. Since 2004, banks only receive and do not pay for this bill, and on May 1, 2018, it ceased to circulate. The specification is: 140 x 63 mm.
